Ravi Shah, CPA

Ravi Shah is a Managing Director at Silver Fern Financial, having joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Silver Fern, he served as Chief Financial Officer at The Stilwell Group, a long/shortfocused group of hedge funds with an activist strategy. Before joining The Stilwell Group in 2020, he was an Accounting Manager at IQ-EQ, where he oversaw day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of private equity funds with strategies in infrastructure, technology, real estate, and venture capital.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Shah was an Accounting Manager at SS&C GlobeOp, focusing on
long/short hedge funds and credit funds. Prior to SS&C GlobeOp, he worked as an Audit
Manager at BDO USA LLP, performing external audits of hedge funds, private equity funds,
and public companies. He began his career at PwC USA LLP, conducting external audits of
private equity funds and mutual funds.

Mr. Shah holds CPA licenses in New York and New Jersey and earned a BS in Accounting &
Finance from Rutgers University in 2005.
