William began his career at Ernst & Young, where he developed a strong foundation in accounting, audit, and financial controls, and later held roles at Goldman Sachs and in the Cayman Islands, gaining firsthand experience with institutional asset managers, fund structures, and offshore operations. This global perspective informs his pragmatic, investor-focused approach to fund operations and governance.
